Earl Steinberg, MD, MPP - President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Steinberg is a nationally-recognized expert in medical practice evaluation, quality assessment and quality improvement. Prior to joining Resolution Health, Inc., Dr. Steinberg was Vice President of Covance Health Economics and Outcomes Services, Inc., where he was also Co-Director of the Outcomes Studies Group and Director of the Quality Assessment and Improvement Systems Division.

Dr. Steinberg spent 12 years as a full-time faculty member at Johns Hopkins University, where he was Professor of Medicine, Professor of Health Policy and Management, and the founder and director of the Johns Hopkins Program for Medical Technology and Practice Assessment. Dr. Steinberg currently serves on the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association's National Medical Advisory Panel and the Advisory Committee for Harvard Medical School's Department of Health Policy.

Dr. Steinberg received his AB degree from Harvard College, his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and a Master of Public Policy degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard. He performed his residency training in internal medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital.




Robert Hart - Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering

Mr. Hart is a software development expert with more than 20 years of leadership experience in health care information technology, including large-scale data analytics systems. Before joining Resolution Health, he was Senior Director, Software Development for McKesson Health Solutions, where he managed the development of decision support, care management, disease management and clinical assessment software for health care providers and payers.

Most recently, he was Vice President of Software Development for SunGard Higher Education, where he managed development of products to facilitate fundraising activities for the top 200 higher education institutions. Mr. Hart received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas and his Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College.





Laura E. Jehl - General Counsel

Ms. Jehl joined Resolution Health bringing more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Most recently an independent consultant providing legal and business advice to clients, Ms. Jehl was formerly Chief of Staff to the Vice Chairman of America Online, Inc. (AOL), where she was a member of the company’s strategic and operational management team. Before assuming that position, Ms. Jehl served as AOL’s Vice President and Chief Litigation Counsel, where her responsibilities encompassed compliance, public policy, online privacy strategies, domestic and international litigation, antitrust, government regulatory matters, and intellectual property issues.

She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judith Rogers, of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. She then moved into private legal practice, working at two prestigious Washington, D.C. law firms where she handled civil and criminal litigation, intellectual property, antitrust and environmental issues. Ms. Jehl’s early career was spent at the U.S. Department of State as a spokesperson on foreign policy issues and the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee as legislative assistant to the majority staff chaired by Sen. Edward M. Kennedy.

A graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of California, Berkeley, Ms. Jehl also attended the Université de Paris, IV, Sorbonne where she studied French history, politics and literature. Proficient in Spanish and French, Ms. Jehl is a member of the Board of Girls on the Run of Northern Virginia and is a recreational marathon runner.





Laurie McBrierty, MLT, ASCP - Vice President, Product Management

Ms. McBrierty has more than 20 years of experience working with healthcare information systems, including over a decade focused on enhancing the performance and interoperability of healthcare information products. Her career in positions such as vice president of HIM solutions at QuadraMed, HIM system coordinator at Kaiser Permanente, director and associate vice president of marketing at SoftMed, and project manager for re-rengineering the medical record at Stanford Health Services has given her insights from the perspective of both customers and vendors into many aspects of the healthcare IT industry, including document management and imaging, and marketing.

From 2006 to 2008, Ms. McBrierty was appointed to the American Health Information Management Association’s (AHIMA) Foundation of Research and Education (FORE) Board of Directors. From 2005 to 2008, Ms. McBrierty served on the AHIMA Virtual Laboratory Strategic Advisory Committee, and in 2009 was appointed its Chair. A recognized expert in health information management, Ms. McBrierty has been a frequent speaker on topics such as Electronic Medical Records since 1994 at forums conducted by such respected organizations as AHIMA, the California Health Information Association, and at the TEPR Conference. Her perspective on HIM challenges has been published in the Journal of the AHIMA and numerous other healthcare IT trade publications. Ms. McBrierty earned her bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco.
