Resolution Health Recruits Michael Roach as Vice President, Business Development

Columbia, Md. – February 7, 2008 – Resolution Health, Inc., a data analytics-driven health care intervention company, has hired Blue Cross Blue Shield senior sales and marketing executive Michael J. Roach as Vice President, Business Development. Roach brings strong sales, marketing and business development skills and experience that will help grow Resolution Health’s health plan, employer and benefit consultant client base.

Roach received his Bachelor of Arts degree in business and marketing from Minnesota State University. Prior to joining Resolution Health, Roach spent 13 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, most recently as Vice President, National Accounts and Federal Employee Program Marketing. In this role, he not only led marketing efforts for these important accounts, but he also created alliances with other Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans to achieve cost efficiency in claims processing and care management, improving bottom-line profitability. Roach also spent 5 years as a board member for Consortium Health Plans, a wholly owned subsidiary of a group of 20 Blue Cross and Blue Shield health plans that focuses on national employers.
