How We Help Employers
We help improve your employees' health and health risk
Personal health care guidance can improve the quality of health care for your employees and their dependents — and reduce their health risk. We help them, their doctors and their care managers take action to stay healthy, get healthy and better manage chronic illness. Our programs drive more of your employees to participate in your health management programs, enhancing their outcomes which can be tied to incentives.
We help you manage total health costs
Our programs help you control medical trend. We continuously scan your employee population for gaps in care and health risks that generate immediate and future costs. We deliver personalized messages that engage employees, create behavior change and generate better health and health care.
Since we analyze each individual's health data and their benefit plan data, our personalized messages detail how much money the employees will save by switching to a generic or formulary-preferred drug or to mail order delivery. This explanation of "what's in it for the employee" increases switching to these lower cost alternatives, reducing costs for the employer as well.
We help you improve the productivity of your workforce
Our personal health care guidance helps more employees receive better health care and achieve better health status. We can drive employees and dependents to a wide variety of tools, programs and services that can impact medical trend, Worker's Compensation, and short -and long-term disability — all of which can enhance your company's productivity.
How we can help measure results
Our custom Opportunity Analysis tool demonstrates the potential impact of Resolution Health’s services employees participating in an employer’s health plan program. We review two years of administrative claims data to identify and quantify specific opportunities to improve health care quality and reduce health care costs overall and with interventions -- for employees and their covered dependents.
Resolution Health uses several hundred proprietary clinical rules (computer algorithms) to assess disease prevalence, medical care and prescription drug use patterns, and compliance with current evidence-based clinical practice guidelines within a plan population. Resolution Health incorporates medical claims, prescription claims, member eligibility information, and pharmacy benefit design into the Opportunity Analysis.
Using the analysis results, we identify specific opportunities that can reduce costs by improving the quality of care delivered to beneficiaries and providing alternative prescription fulfillment options.
