The Personal Health Picture™

We develop an individual's Personal Health Picture™ by assembling and categorizing all of their available health and health-related information. An individual's entire medical history, all vaccinations, diseases, conditions, surgeries, medications, lab test results, etc. would create a very detailed, high resolution Personal Health Picture™. Our approach compiles all available data from their medical and pharmacy claims, lab reports, EOBs, provider reports, plan enrollment and eligibility information. Additional data can be sourced from information reported in a Health Risk Assessment questionnaire.
